2. Use of our website
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to:
- Use it in any way that breaches applicable laws or regulations;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or data;
- Introduce malicious software or otherwise disrupt the site;
- Copy, reproduce or resell any content without our written permission.
3. Our services
We provide coaching programmes as described on our website. The specific content, format and scheduling of each programme will be agreed with you before your engagement begins. Coaching is a supportive, developmental service and is not a substitute for legal, financial, medical or psychological advice.
4. Bookings and payment
Programme prices are displayed on our website and confirmed at the point of purchase. Monthly plans are billed each month; annual plans are billed for the year with the discount shown. All prices are in pounds sterling (£) and are subject to change, though changes will not affect a plan you have already paid for during its current term.
5. Our satisfaction guarantee
We offer a 7-day full-refund guarantee. If, within the first seven days of your programme, you decide it is not the right fit, contact us and we will refund your payment in full. After the first seven days, plans may be cancelled with 14 days' notice before the next billing date. Refunds beyond the guarantee period are at our discretion.
6. Cancellations and rescheduling
You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice at no charge. Sessions cancelled with less notice, or missed without notice, may be treated as delivered. We will always try to be flexible where genuine circumstances arise.
7. Your responsibilities
Coaching works best when you engage fully. You agree to provide accurate information, attend agreed sessions, and take reasonable action on the plans you develop with your coach. Outcomes depend in part on your own effort and circumstances, and we do not guarantee specific career results.
8. Intellectual property
All content on this website and within our programmes — including text, graphics, logos and materials — is owned by or licensed to Plessidnearde and is protected by intellectual property law. You may use materials provided to you for your own personal development only.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Plessidnearde is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
